# Logging in and settings

> Log in to finds.supply with a 6-digit code by email or with Google, right from the Instagram chat or on the web. Manage your page, emails and connected assistants.

You don't need an account to save finds. Logging in lets you manage your page on the web: edit, delete, make things private, and connect your AI.

## From the chat

1. Reply to @finds.supply with your email.
2. We email you a 6-digit code. Reply with it in the chat.
3. You're in, and you can log in on the web with that email any time.

## On the web

Go to [finds.supply/login](https://finds.supply/login) and use a 6-digit code by email, or Google. There's no password. Google sign-in doesn't work inside Instagram's own browser (Google blocks it), so use the email code there.

Instagram's browser keeps its own login, separate from Safari or Chrome. If you open your find from the chat and see the visitor buttons, log in there once.

## Settings

- Your name, bio, link and photo.
- How you log in: email, Instagram, Google.
- Emails about your finds, on or off.
- Your finds in Claude and ChatGPT: what's connected, and Disconnect.
- Log out.

## Emails

We email you login codes. If you haven't sent anything in a while, we may also send a short reminder of what you saved, never more than twice in a row. Turn those off in Settings, or with one tap at the bottom of the email.
