How finds.supply works.

You see something you love on Instagram. You send it to us. It comes back as a clean find you can keep, share and shop.

Save your first find

  1. 1Open any reel or post on Instagram and tap the share button (the paper plane).
  2. 2Search for finds.supply, pick it and tap Send.
  3. 3We react with a ❤️ when we've got it. A few seconds later we reply with a link.
  4. 4Tap the link. Your find is waiting on your page, at the top.

That's it. No app, no sign-up. Send as many as you like.

Try it on Instagram

What you get back

We look at the video or photo and the caption, work out what it is, and give it a short label, like a card in a museum.

Things to buy

The product on a clean grey background, the closest match we can find with its price, and cheaper dupes.

Places to eat

The place with its address and a pin on your map, so you can find it again when you're hungry.

Everything else

Recipes, films, events, rooms and ideas get a title, a short summary and tags.

We never reject a post. If we're not sure what it is, it still gets a clean card.

Your finds page

Every find goes on your page at finds.supply/your-name. You can sort it into Shop, Eat and Other, or see your places on a map.

  • Public by default. Anyone with the link can see it. Make your whole page, or a single find, private with one tap.
  • Claim it. We send you a sign-in link in the DM. Add your email to pick your address and manage your page on the web.
  • Edit or delete. Change a title or label, or remove a find. Its link stops working right away.
  • Share. Every find and every page has a link with a preview card, ready for a group chat.

Matches and dupes

For things to buy, we show the closest match we can find. We never say it's the exact item, because sometimes it isn't. If it's wrong, tap Wrong item? and we'll fix it.

Dupes are products that look alike and cost less, sorted cheapest first. They're real products from real shops. We drop anything that looks like a fake or a replica.

Some shopping links earn us a small commission. It doesn't change your price, and we never touch the creator's own links. How this works

Use your finds in Claude and ChatGPT

Coming soon

Soon you'll be able to connect your finds to Claude or ChatGPT and simply ask about them:

  • “What was that lamp I saved last month?”
  • “Which Thai places did I save near Jumeirah?”
  • “Make a shopping list from the recipes I saved.”

How it will work:

  1. 1In Claude or ChatGPT, add finds.supply as a connector (it uses MCP, the open standard both of them support).
  2. 2Sign in with your finds.supply account and allow access.
  3. 3Ask away. The assistant can search and read your finds. It can't change or delete anything.

You can disconnect at any time, from the assistant or from your finds.supply settings.

Privacy and deleting

We keep what we need to make your finds: what you send us, your Instagram username and, if you claim your page, your email. We don't sell your data.

To delete everything, send delete my data to @finds.supply, or see data deletion. The full details are in the privacy policy.

Questions

Do I need an app or an account?
No. Everything happens in your Instagram DMs. You only add an email if you want to claim your page and manage it on the web.
Is it free?
Yes. We may earn a small commission when you buy through a shopping link we found. It never changes the price you pay.
What if the post is from a private account?
We can only see what Instagram shares with us. If we can't open the video or photo, we work from the caption, or we reply and ask you what you meant.
Does the creator get credit?
Always. Every find shows who posted it and links back to the original post. If they posted their own shopping links, we show those as theirs and never change them.
What if it picked the wrong thing?
Tap “Wrong item?” on the find. We take another look and fix it. Nothing else on your page changes.
Can I use it right now?
finds.supply is in private testing. If you're a tester, send a post to @finds.supply and you'll get a reply. Everyone else: it's coming soon.
