Answers about finds.supply: is it free, do I need an app, does the creator get credit, what if the match is wrong, and more.
Is it free?
Yes. We may earn a small commission when you buy through a shopping link we found. It never changes the price you pay.
Do I need an app or an account?
No. Everything happens in your Instagram DMs. Add your email only if you want to manage your page on the web.
Can I use it right now?
finds.supply is in private testing while Instagram reviews our app. If you're a tester, send a reel to @finds.supply. Everyone else: soon.
Does the creator get credit?
Always. Every find shows who posted it and links back to the original post. Their own shopping links stay theirs.
What if it picked the wrong thing?
Tap Wrong item? on the find, or in the chat. We take another look and fix it. Nothing else on your page changes.
What if the post is from a private account?
We can only see what Instagram shares with us. If we can't open the video or photo, we work from the caption, and the find is still saved.
Why didn't I get the follow-up message?
Instagram only lets us message you within 24 hours of your last message, and we wait until you've gone quiet. You may also have replied stop: reply start to turn it back on.
Can I save someone else's find?
Yes: tap Save to my finds on their find. See Save someone else's find in the docs.
Can I use my finds in ChatGPT or Claude?
Yes. Add https://finds.supply/mcp as a connector and allow it. Step by step at finds.supply/connect.
How do I delete my data?
Delete a single find from its page. To delete everything, see finds.supply/data-deletion.
