Using finds.supply
A find, up close
What's on a find page: the moving reel, the closest match, cheaper lookalikes, what people say, the creator's credit, and how to share, save or fix it.
Every find has its own page, at finds.supply/your-name/the-find. Here's what's on it, from top to bottom.
- The pictures. The main picture, and moments from the reel as short silent loops in their real shape. They play when they're on screen; on a computer, hover a thumbnail. Tap one for full screen, swipe between them, swipe down to close. With reduced motion or Data Saver on, they stay still.
- See more on Instagram. Opens the original post. If it's your find, the bot may ask a few minutes later whether it was the one you were after.
- The title and label, and the date you saved it.
- The closest match with its price, and cheaper lookalikes. For places: the map and directions.
- What people say: the verdict, what people love, the catch, and good to know, with the sites it's summed up from.
- In this reel: every product we spotted, the location and the accounts tagged.
- Found in: the creator, credited and linked, plus any links they posted themselves. We never change those.
Buttons
On a phone, the main buttons sit at the bottom of the screen, where your thumb is. The main one depends on the find: Shop with the price for products, Directions for places.
- Your own find: Share, and ⋯ for make private or public, edit the title and label, Wrong item? and delete.
- Someone else's find: Save to my finds and Share. See Save someone else's find.
Something's wrong?
Tap Wrong item? (on your own find it's under ⋯) and pick what's off. We take another look and fix the match. Nothing else on your page changes. You can also tap "Wrong item?" when the bot suggests it in the chat.
Sharing
Every find has a link with a preview card, ready for a group chat or your bio. If the find or your page is private, Share tells you first: only you can open it.
